Relatively close to town centre
This place is very dirty. On arrival the apartment we had to clean the toilet, sinks and all the kitchen equipment as it was dirty and covered in grease. The corridors smell of Morrocan food and this "hotel" is more like a homeless or student hostel. It is also not suitable for anyone with small children and has no lfts. The carpets are also worn and the furnishings are cheap and worn. This place is not suitable to be called a hotel.- Disgusting.

The rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the photograph. We felt claustrophobic and miserable. Noise carried through walls. Not enough room to pull out couch without cramming table and chair against wall. Upstairs loft felt a little bit better. No hand soap. Walls need cleaning. The place felt grimy and smelled stale.

The room is not cleaned if you stay less than 7 nights. A daily cleanup in the room should be suitable.

This is only the second appartcity I have used it it was a very poor second to the first,The fridge ndoor lacked a handle the door to ice box was broken, there were no cups or glasses in the kitchenette and the room itself was in need of decoration. Having received an sms giving me access codes to the hotel I arrived to find no keys left in the safe for me, after a long complicated phone call I was eventually informed that there had been a problem with my bank card and the booking had been cancelled, this problem could have been simply solved if the hotel had rung meabout the problem.I was about to leave the hotel when luckily a man appeared who sortede me a set of keys out and allowed me to settle the bill the next morning, had it not been for that lucky chance I would have been very disappointed with your company

I booked a room and received a confirmation email. Also received an email from appartCity itself. The mail said the way to the hotel and how to open the entrance and keybox. I could not find an envelope with my name in the box. I called to the office of AppartCity with my mobile phone. The staff on the phone said that they didn’t have a
record of my booking. I did receive an email from AppartCity, but my record disappeared. To check in, I told my credit card information to them and they charged room fee. The price was different from that on Booked.net. As a result, we wasted an hour to check-in. Really uncomfortable/inconvenience! A lift was not equipped in the entrance hall. We should go around outside of the building to access a lift. It’s very inconvenient for the family with younger kids.

Sheets were clean and fresh.
Depressingly down-at-heel. Hostel standard only - better value if you cram more in. Long dark corridors. A money making machine, no more. If you are looking for hotel-like facilities, go elsewhere.

It was cheap and central.
The beds were a strange shape. There was not much room to move in the rooms or sit at the table. I think it is only suitable for young couples or people. We stayed in an appart/city in Agen but the standards were much better there.

Quick response to the difficulties with illfitting keys and strange bedding. The staff were very cheerful and friendly and made an effort to understand.
Squeaky bed on a separate level so that hubby had to sleep downstairs and girls and I upstairs. Cooking facillities were only two large pans and both could not fit at once for cooking on double hob. No instructions for microwave and no hot water left over for evenings. The rooms seemed lovely on the web site but very basic in fact and even table very wobbly. I cut my foot on glass in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean and close to the train station.
The hotel did not provide coffee of tea cups. They claimed that plates, cereal bowls and glasses were sufficient. They claim that coffee or tea cups are not "equipment" and thus not included in the term " fully equipped". This was very inconvenient and totally unacceptable!

The option to have breakfast was nice. The location although difficult to find intially was in a place that was easy to get to other places in France. Such as Paris and Pierffonds.
The housekeeping or should I say lack of it. I would expect my room to be cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. Not just when I am leaving and nor should I be expected to pay for housekeeping. That should be in the price of the room. The tv signal was a bit off at times, when wanting to watch something being told by my tv 'Signal broken' was quite frustrating. But the worst thing is the breakfast not opening on time. If the time says breakfast from 7-9am, then I would expect it open at 7am. Not 7:20-7:30.

Location, quiet, convienient. Address not listed on Sat Nav, only able to find by local street sign indicating AppartCity.
Ordered room with twin beds, was confirmed as twin beds. But was given a pull out sofa bed for two. The bed was uncomfortable and cheap. Embarrassing for two men to have to sleep in the same bed. The reception was closed at 15hrs on Saturday and there was no staff there, the front doors were locked. There was no breakfast available. It took an impossible time and complicated system to obtain access to the room key after an extensive phone call, voice activated that could not recognize city location. ( Even a local Frenchman's accent could not be recognized )

Offers large apartments for families of 6.
We didn't arrive until 11.00pm so were given a door code and safe code for our apartment key. These codes were incorrect so at 11.45pm when I eventually got through to someone, we were given the correct codes. It was a very tiring and stressful experience with 4 young children. Also when I wanted to check out, I found out the hotel had already debited my credit card, I wasn't too happy because I wanted to pay cash but there was nothing I could do.
